Using the game
MegaYatzy is free, with no purchases and no ads. You may install and play it on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, republish it, bundle it into another product, or decompile, modify or reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law allows regardless of these terms.
Online play
Online rooms run through a relay the developer operates. It may refuse, rate-limit or end connections to protect the service, and it may be unavailable at any time. Names in rooms are limited to the approved tokens the app offers. Do not use the relay with software other than the official app.
Ownership
The game is proprietary software, free to play. The code, artwork, icon, name and this website are © 2026 Mike Penz, except for third-party components, which are used under their own licences. These are listed in the app’s About screen. No licence beyond the personal use above is granted.
No warranty
The game and this website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. There is no promise that the game is free of defects, runs on any particular device, or stays available. To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages from using the game or the site is excluded, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Optional backup with Google Play Games and Game Center
Backing up your high scores with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) is optional. The game works fully without signing in, and you can play every mode without it. If you use it, your high scores are stored in your own Google or Apple account, and Google’s or Apple’s terms apply to that service. You can switch backup off in the app and delete the backup at any time, and remove the connection through the settings of Google Play Games or Game Center (see the Privacy Policy); the scores on your device stay. A backup is a convenience, not a guarantee: it can fail or be unavailable, and we are not liable for scores lost with a device or an account.
Your data
The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores on your device, what the optional cloud backup stores and where, and what online play sends to the relay.
Stores
If you install the game from Google Play or the App Store, your relationship with that store is governed by its terms. Billing, refund and account questions go to the store.

Governing law
