Rules

Pick the rules. Keep the sheet.

Every mode keeps its own high scores. Quit a game whenever you like and resume it from the home screen.

Classic

The traditional rules. No bonuses. The small straight is a fixed 15, the large straight a fixed 20, Yatzy a fixed 50. Reach 63 in the upper section for 35 more.

5 dice

MegaYatzy

Modern rules. Most lower-section categories add a bonus, and a combination on your first roll doubles its base score.

5 dice · bonuses

Maxi Yatzy

Six dice and five extra categories: Three Pair, Five of a Kind, Castle, Full Straight and Tower.

6 dice · 5 extra categories

Bend the rules further

Modifiers stack on any mode: Forced scoring, Extra Hard (the app stops showing possible scores) and six dice.

Three experimental modifiers go further. Chronos Roll lets you borrow rolls from your next turn. Gravity Dice make held dice lose value on every re-roll. Constellation Mode scores patterns that depend on where the dice sit.

New here? A short guided turn teaches roll, hold and score without touching a real game.

On screen

Dice on felt, scores in a sheet.

The home screen rolls a few decorative dice across a table that follows your theme. The game screen keeps the score sheet readable at any size.

Online rooms

Share six characters. Start playing.

Friends join from Android, iPhone, iPad, desktop or the browser and play the same game. If the connection drops, the game waits and reconnects. If the host leaves for good, you can finish against AI.

  1. Open a room. Pick a lobby name and, if you like, a password.
  2. Share the code. Six characters, or a link that carries them.
  3. Start the game. The host starts once everyone is in.

Mix local players and AI in one game. Each AI has its own difficulty. Switch on Show AI Playing to watch it take its turn. AI and pass-and-play games work fully offline.

Very EasyMaster

Dice that behave like dice

Turn on 3D dice for a physically simulated throw, with sound, vibration and optional shake to roll. Set the roll to Instant, 0.5 s, 1 s or Standard (1.8 s). With reduced motion on, every roll resolves at once.

Light, Dark, Black. Eight accents.

The table material follows the theme: Liquid light by day, Midnight felt by night, a nearly unlit version for Black. Follow the system or choose.

Made to be used by more people

  • Separate switches for reduced motion, reduced transparency and reduced visual effects.
  • Large text works throughout.
  • Keyboard use works on the score sheet and in forms.
  • 48 dp touch targets on new controls.
  • Monospaced scores as an option, off by default.
  • Sound and haptics each have their own setting.
  • English and German throughout the app.
  • Shareable results as an image. The room code is never on it.

No account. No ads. No tracking.

Saved games, scores and settings stay on your device. Online play sends your lobby name and the game state over an encrypted connection to a small relay run by the developer. It passes messages between players and stores nothing.

  • No sign-up, anywhere
  • No purchases
  • No analytics or crash reporting
  • Android permissions: internet and network state, for online rooms only

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up anywhere, including online rooms.

Does it work offline?

Games against AI and on one device work fully offline on every platform. In the browser, the app keeps a copy after your first visit and runs without a connection. Online rooms need one.

How do online rooms work?

One device hosts and runs the game rules. The others connect through a small relay that forwards messages between the players in a room. A room exists only while someone is connected.

Can strangers write to me?

No. There is no chat and no free-text name. Each player picks two initials and an optional word from a fixed list, and the app shows nothing else.

What does the relay see?

Your lobby name, a random id for your install, the moves and scores of the game, the room code, an optional room password and, as with any server, your IP address. It stores none of it. The privacy policy has the details.

Why does the app ask about motion?

Tilt and shake move the decorative dice on the home screen, and shake to roll is optional in settings. Motion data is read on your device and never sent anywhere.

Which languages are available?

English and German.
